Fragment Protection Blanket
Protection: the fragment protection blanket can offer significant protection , in cases when a dangerous item may explode within a relatively short time, e.g. time bombs. Covering the item, in many cases significantly reduce the impact of the explosion.
Fragments, mainly lateral ones will be caught and kept back by the blanket and the ring. In addition the special design of the blanket ˇ°channelsˇ± the main impact of the explosion and directs it upwards. The blast and the blanket will
escape vertically (parachute-effect), horizontal impact is largely reduced
