SMB T1000 is a mobile vehicle crash barrier system that is designed to deter and stop vehicles from crashing through roadblocks or areas under high security protection. The build-in trailer system ensures that it can be quickly deployed at any hot spot, no excavation or ground preparation is needed. This also enables quick retrieval and relocation.
Once towed to position, the barrier will be lowered using the built-in hydraulic out-rigger. The trailer can be removed or kept in place depending on your needs. A turntable is provided to help to rotate the barrier so that it can be deployed in narrow lane or road. The ram plate is then raised to the ˇ°UPˇ± position and barrier is now ready to be used. This completes the deployment with minimum tooling and hassle free. Retrieval of the system or moving on to the next deployment can also be done quickly under 15 minutes.
